Vintage Lenco ad's

Dear Wout,
What a wonderful collection of vintage 'ads' - and the address - so evocative, it brings back so many happy memories.
Although I was working in Amsterdam in '67 & I actually lived on Weteringschanse, I don't remember seeing their premises when I was regularly 'wandering' around the city
Being 'stom engels' may I ask if you have some basic background information about N.V. NAHO?

Well, the dark-haired lady looks quite like the Cleopatra-like lady in the Dutch videoclip of Woolly Bully by Sam the Sham and the Pharaohs!

Must be the fashionable look of those years... On the reliëfs at the temple of Dendera, Cleopatra looks somewhat different

Here is just an add-up of really early Lenco ads. After an intensive research in many newspaper archives I discovered the 'Burgdorfer Tagblatt'.

Radio Laeng was the company that started to advert for the Lenco products in the early days. I created a timeline of these adverts.
In the preview below not all content is visible as its starts in November 1948 !

The Lenco F-50-8 is also in this timeline - it starts in October 1950 !
