This turntable was made by Tesla in Litovel (the same factory that makes Pro-Ject equipment now) and is essentially the same as Nad 5120.

It's a Lenco L800 but as Pavel said, made by Tesla.
Also known as the NAD 5120 or Tesla NC470.

Nice, a bit of a rarity I'd say... I'm currently enjoying a lightly modified NAD. I like 'em.

If the motor is 300RPM, then Pro-Ject M307 should be a direct replacement.
