I just purchased a Technics Sp-25 locally. It came with this tonearm that I do not recognize. Bearings feel good, but the lift is missing. Trying to figure out what it is so I can get protractor info. I can measure the hole for the lift and see if I can find one of the same diameter, but I might be able to find a junk tonearm with one intact. Either way, knowing what it is makes things easier.

Thank you for the ID! Is it worth trying to find a lift replacement for this arm, or should I just go a different direction?

My two cents is it's always worth trying to use what you've got, but keep an eye open for better options.

Tonar armlifters are available for sale and have a 13mm diameter.

SP-25 is a nice deck, you could pair it with anything...

Like others looks like a Jelco sa250 or similar, I think it’s just missing the centre / bearing top cap:
