Hi Niels,
my tech filled the bearing with oil, which works very well. It also had oil in it before.
Regarding the rumble: I mounted my RP on rubber mounts (two screw threads and a rubber disc in the middle) with to the four mounting holes on the top plate. This significantly reduced the rumble.
Unfortunately, I don't have a source for replacement idler wheels or motor mount rubbers. Serge (Karmadon.net) wrote to me that he could probably make some idler wheels, but he would need an (old) idler wheel as a template.
