Parts of the tonearm: one is inclined

Thanks in advance for your help. Probably this question is very easy for you but it is my first Lenco 75. I see that the tonearm is divided in two parts. What is the reason? What is the right position of the shorter piece at the end of the tonearm?
In my case, this part is a little inclined and a I do not know if that is normal.
Many thanks for your assistance and congrats for this forum

Welcome to Lenco Heaven
You may want to start by reading the guides section. There is a specific post all about the L75 arm -
https://www.lencoheaven.net/forum/index.php?topic=11154.0
And particularly a post around how to fix a drooping back end / counterweight stub -
https://www.lencoheaven.net/forum/index.php?topic=5329.0
Hope that helps.
